We welcome the news that international travel will safely resume again with a new traffic light system. We would like to assure you that our expert team is working hard to minimise the impact on the travel plans of all our clients.
We will continue to assess each of our bookings – prioritised by date of departure – to ensure that we are using the most up-to-date and relevant Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advice and traffic light system guidance. Our current priority is to those booked to travel before 23 October. Our team will be in contact to discuss the options available depending on the country you are visiting.
Our commitment is to you and the holiday you have booked with us. If any travel restrictions that are currently preventing your holiday taking place are lifted, we will of course, endeavour to operate your holiday as booked.
Throughout the pandemic we have adopted a flexible approach and continue to offer our Covid Booking Promise which provides reassurance in these uncertain times for travel.

Can I still book a holiday with you?
Yes. Absolutely! Our Covid Booking Promise offers flexible terms on a selection of our diving holidays. Whether you wish to travel in 2021, 2022 or beyond we can organise your next dive adventure. Is my holiday going to take place as planned?
Our commitment is to you and the holiday you have booked with us. The UK Government has confirmed the return to international travel based on a traffic light system, categorising countries by green, amber and red.
Given the very dynamic period that we are now entering, we will work closely with all our clients due to depart over the coming months. We will provide options based on the most up-to-date information to enable clients to travel as soon as possible and in-line with the guidance for international travel.
Departures up to 23 October 2021
Green list destination: We plan to operate our holidays as scheduled to countries on the green list, subject to local border controls, and clients should expect to receive final documentation between now and departure. Our documentation will include full details on how to prepare for the holiday.
Travellers arriving from countries graded as green will need pre-departure and post arrival tests but will not be required to quarantine on return.
Amber list destination: It may be possible to travel to certain amber list destinations, subject to Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advice and local restrictions. We are contacting all clients booked to travel to amber destinations to explain the options available which will be dependent upon the country, departure date and travel advice at the time. We will discuss a variety of choices including assisting those who wish to travel, postponement or transferring to an alternative trip, as well as fulfilling our Covid Booking Promise if applicable.
Red list destination: We do not currently anticipate operating holidays to destinations on the red list, and we are contacting clients travelling to any red list country to discuss a variety of choices available including to postpone, transfer or receive a refund.
Departures after 24 October 2021
If your holiday is departing on or after 24 October, we anticipate adopting the same policy as detailed above for all destinations in the Government's next travel announcement, anticipated shortly, when we will start to contact clients, prioritised by departure date.
Please note the traffic light system in place is based on travelling from/to England - if you are travelling from/to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland please see the relevant Government websites.
Do I still need to pay my final balance on my booking?
We are continuing to assess each of our bookings – prioritised by date of departure – to ensure that we are using the most up-to-date and relevant FCDO advice, traffic light guidance and industry rulings. If your holiday is not currently disrupted (for example, travelling to a green list destination), you will still receive a request from us to pay your final balance.
Will I be covered by my travel insurance if I decide to cancel?
It is essential that travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking a holiday. If you wish to cancel your holiday, please check with your insurance provider if you wish to make a claim, as your cover will depend on the terms of your policy.
