We understand the concern that the Covid-19 outbreak has generated and we would like to assure you that our expert team is working hard to minimise the impact on the travel plans of all our clients.
We continue to assess each of our bookings – prioritised by date of departure – to ensure that we are using the most up-to-date and relevant Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) advice, airline rulings and industry guidance. Our priority is to those booked to travel within the next month. Our expert team will be in contact to discuss the contingencies and alternative options available to you.
Our commitment is to you and the holiday you have booked with us. If any travel restrictions that are currently preventing your holiday taking place are lifted (such as the FCO advice and a change of airline schedules) we will of course, endeavour to operate your holiday as booked.

Can I still book a holiday with you?
Yes. Absolutely! Despite the uncertainty surrounding travel in the immediate future, there are no restrictions for travelling beyond the next few months. What is your approach to the Coronavirus outbreak?
The situation regarding overseas travel continues to be changeable and the safety and wellbeing of our clients remains our priority. Some of our featured destinations are opening up for tourism and we are closely monitoring the travel advice provided by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO), the Department for Transport and are maintaining regular contact with our airline partners and local suppliers, to ensure we have the latest information.
We are assessing all bookings due to depart within the next month, prioritised by date of departure. If we are confident that we will be able to operate trips to a specific destination, we will not cancel those bookings and clients should expect to receive final documentation for their holiday. Where destinations are likely to remain subject to official travel restrictions, we are working proactively with clients to provide a choice of alternative options.
How will I know if my holiday is affected?
When any holiday is affected by FCO travel advice we will make contact with clients who are booked to travel to the area within a two week period prior to departure date.
Do I still need to pay my final balance on my booking?
We are continuing to assess each of our bookings – prioritised by date of departure – to ensure that we are using the most up-to-date and relevant Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) advice, airline rulings and industry guidance. If your holiday is not currently disrupted, you will still receive a request from us to pay your final balance. If your holiday becomes disrupted, subsequent to paying your final balance, we will contact you and discuss the contingencies and alternative options available to you.
Can I cancel my holiday even though you are still planning for it to go ahead?
As the FCO is relaxing travel advice for destinations with travel corridors in place between the UK and various countries, and the impending increase to airline schedules, the chances of travelling to certain destinations without restriction is increasingly more likely and we remain committed to operating the holiday you have booked with us.
If we are confident that we can operate the trip you are booked on, then we will not cancel it. Naturally, you reserve the right to cancel your booking at any point, as per our booking conditions.
Will I be covered by my travel insurance if I decide to cancel?
It is essential that travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking a holiday. If you wish to cancel your holiday please check with your insurance provider if you wish to make a claim, as your cover will depend on the terms of your policy.
