Booking Conditions

Booking Conditions 

In order to book with us, customers will be required to read and accept our booking conditions. Please read our booking conditions carefully as this is your contract with Regaldive and it clearly sets out what you have agreed with us. Booking conditions can be viewed online from this page, or alternatively please call us and we will send you a copy.

Advance Passenger Information

Regaldive require all passengers travelling to complete the Advance Passenger Information Form (API). These details are required both by airlines and resort suppliers such as dive centres. We are not able to forward final travel documents until we have received this information. Please click onto the link below, complete the form and this will be forwarded to Regaldive. If you have any queries, please contact the Regaldive team on 01353 659999.

Medical Forms

Dive centres may require you to complete a medical self assessment on arrival. Please download the PADI Medical form. If you answer 'Yes' to any of the questions, you will require medical clearance to dive from a suitably qualified dive physician. Please do notsend this form back to Regaldive.

If you are a BSAC, SAA or SCOTSAC diver, you may download the BSAC Self Declaration form.  Please do not send this form back to Regaldive.

Please note that if you answer 'Yes' to any of the questions on the form, you will require medical clearance to dive from a medical referee.

Please ensure that you have AT LEAST 6 months validity on your passport from your date of RETURN into the UK. For guests travelling from other countries, please check current guidelines with the Embassy.
