Built in 2023, Eriny is the latest addition to the Red Sea liveaboards fleet, taking up to 20 divers to the most iconic sites across the Egyptian Red Sea.
Eriny cuts a sleek, modern profile on the water. Measuring 33 metres in length with a beam of 7 metres, the vessel offers a stable and comfortable platform for diving enthusiasts exploring one of the most iconic dive sites in the Red Sea.
Facilities
Eriny carries ten cabins spread across three decks, each designed to give divers a comfortable and well-appointed base between dives.
Lower deck cabins feature twin beds, en suite bathrooms, and plenty of storage for kit and personal belongings. Main deck cabins open out with wide panoramic windows looking over the Red Sea, again with twin beds and en suite facilities. The upper deck cabins are the most spacious, finished in a contemporary style with double beds, generous en suite bathrooms, and direct access to the side deck, sharing the same sweeping sea views as the main deck. All cabins are fully air-conditioned.
Meals are served throughout the day in the main restaurant and galley. Local chefs prepare buffet-style breakfasts, fresh lunches, and dinners. Soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee are available at all hours. Sliding doors connect the dining area directly to the kitting-up space and dive deck.
Between dives, the upper deck salon draws guests in with comfortable sofas and loungers, a TV, a library, and a hi-fi system. A bar keeps cool drinks and refreshments coming throughout the day. As the sun drops, the al fresco deck is a fine spot to wind down with a cold drink and swap stories from the day's diving. Above, the top deck opens into a generous sunbathing area with shaded sections, offering 360-degree views across the Red Sea and, on clear nights, some outstanding stargazing.
The dive deck with twin ladders setup is well-designed for getting in and out of the water. Twin air compressors and a Nitrox membrane handle the air and Nitrox supply, while the kitting-up area gives divers plenty of room to gear up without a scramble. A sizeable dive platform and rinse tanks complete the setup, with two rigid dinghies on hand for sites where entering the water directly from the vessel is not practical.
